TOMATO ZUCHINNI WRAPS 1 1/3 cup of water-
1 3/4 cup zucchini-
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds (we use raw)
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes (we make our own) season how you want
we use 1 tsp oregano, pinch of salt and basil.. blend all together..
after blending stir in 1 Tbs of psyllium husk..
Put on dehydrator trays.
Turn on dehydrator 105 degrees for 7 to 9 hours.
Halfway through turn them over... watch them closely so they don't get to hard.

These are so yummy and has helped us forget about bread! I do not eat much bread anymore and having this to eat filling it with yeggies is just... YUM!
